Real Estate
Operations involving the identification of suitable areas for land transformation and valorisation, feasibility studies, project set-up and issuance of permits, the realisation of urbanising works and the ensuing sale of development rights or property units.

General Contractor
Management and coordination of the various phases of urban design and building construction, and of the different actors and companies involved. We ensure that the erected buildings adhere to the temporal, economic, and qualitative standards stated out in the contracts.

Property and Land Trading
Management of trade operations regarding land plots involved in territorial transformation or regeneration policies, having potential value.

Smart Housing
Integrated management of large or diffused residential estates, providing for a wide range of services.

    Analyses and feasibility studies with the purpose of valorising urban areas or single buildings. Coordination of the required activities to authorise integrated urban plans and projects: market analysis, regulation, due diligence, survey of local resources, urban construction projects.

    Coordination and management of the remediation procedure through audit, budget verification, working site supervision, relationships with public authorities, and environmental monitoring until issue of environmental certification. All the procedures are certified.

    Development of BIM projects for residential, office, retail and temporary housing properties from A to Z, including and not limited to conception, legal compliance and implementation, ensuring both the integration between the architectural and engineering design and the search for project innovation and customisation.

    We design and carry out B2B and B2C communication and marketing campaigns to promote projects and support real estate trading and sale activities.

    We offer an innovative approach to urban planning and design of public spaces and urban green areas. We boost and enhance social development to transform public and common spaces into lively places that mobilise local resources. We support research that aims to find integrated solutions to shared issues.

    We fully manage property sale and/or rent process through the analysis of competitors, identification of potential targets, price listing, arrangement of the integrated communication plan, and finally marketing and administration of the various product types.
  • PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS MANAGEMENT AND ARRANGEMENT
    Complex urban transformations imply the ability to interact with public authorities in order to agree on public-private frameworks for funding, designing, managing, and maintaining public services, including green areas, schools, and infrastructures.
  • PROPERTY SERVICE
    Conservation and increase of property value through an integrated and proactive management of all commercial, technical, and administrative activities. In this case too, the use of BIM technology allows us to offer greater efficiency in the property’s life cycle.

This is accomplished by using the BIM methodology, that supports our design throughout the project implementation.

    Management plans and general contract supervision for a wide range of services and processes related to the buildings’ primary activities, with a special focus on energy service and security service. We guarantee the valorisation of the properties entrusted to our management, thanks to the BIM design, by taking on business risks.
